Success is not a zero-sum game. There’s plenty of success to go around, so I am not intimidated by other people’s success. We all do better when we cooperate and support one another. I celebrate other people’s success so that they know how much I appreciate them and their hard work. In many ways, success is a relative term. It’s not about how much money you make or what title you hold. Success is about how happy and fulfilled you feel in your life.
