The gender equality movement is gaining more momentum and people are starting to realize that this is not just a women’s issue, but an issue for all of society. The march towards gender parity has been going on for a long time now and it still has a long way to go.
There is a need for a change in the social structure for women to have parity with men. Women deserve respect, security, and time to pursue their own interests outside of family life. They should not be left behind in a system that has been built by men.
Women are the backbone of our society, and they deserve the same respect, financial security, and opportunities as men.
