Guess what, sexual exclusivity can be agreed on but shouldn’t be assumed.
Let’s normalize communicating about sex. Sexual health relies on our ability to communicate calmly and clearly with each other. Our emotional relationships rely on that too! The more comfortable we can be hearing and speaking about any topic, and the more likely it is for us to be shown respect in society, the better off we will all be. Dating can be hard, especially when assumptions are made based on one worldview and applied to someone else. Just because many people are sexually exclusive and monogomous while dating doesn’t mean that is the only right way, or even the only good way.
