We do not receive returns at the address on the manufacturer’s label. Please contact us for the returns address in advance, and provide your order number and associated email. Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your package.
Before you submit a request to return or exchange your order, please read the following instructions carefully:
REASONS WHY YOU WANT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER
- A CHANGE IN SIZE
Hopefully you can avoid any problems by following our sizing guide, but if it happens, hey no worries. Contact us with your order number, and your preferred size, and we will send return instructions. When your return is received we’ll be happy to ship you the new size. - YOU RECEIVED WRONG ITEM
Although we double check everything, it can happen that we send you the wrong item. No worries, please attach a photo of the incorrect item you have received before you submit the request. - PACKAGE LOST IN TRANSIT
If you have provided us with the correct address and the package has not arrived within the estimated shipping time as per our shipping policy, plus 15 business days for possible delays, or there is no update on the tracking info for more than 10-15 days, please reach out to us, if we are unable to trace down the package we will re-ship a replacement free of charge. - YOU RECEIVED A DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEM
We pride ourselves on unparalleled product quality. All orders go through 3-step quality check before we ship them out. However, if a damaged item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement. In this case you do not need to return the item. You can keep it, maybe sew it yourself, throw or give it away. The only thing we need you to do is submit a request for a return, and please include a photo of the damaged good. If we can see on the photo it is damaged, we will send you a new item 100% free of charge.
Return shipping for exchanges is at the customers expense.
Please note that any outbound shipping costs paid are non-refundable.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IF
- We do not accept returns for change of mind. Our products are produced upon your request, so we cannot accept these returns.
- You have requested a return after 7 days of receiving your package
- The exchange item is a different print or style than the original item
- The item(s) have been worn or washed
- The item(s) have been altered in any way
- The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition, unless the condition is our fault
- The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
REFUSED PACKAGES
- If you refuse a shipment from us for whatever reason you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, customs duties to re-import the package (for international orders), that are incurred on the package, and the cost of return to our office. If any of these fees are incurred, the amount will be deducted from your return amount.
- Because all items are custom made to order and are made especially for you the refused & returned packages will be processed as returns with 70% restocking fee, the balance will be refunded as a store credit or the package will be re-shipped back to the customer.
- In some rare cases we may make a one-time exception for a refund, in all those cases a 30% restocking fee will be charged and you must return all the items, all items must be in the original packaging and unworn.

Please note that some images of products are digital mock-ups. While we strive to use color-accurate materials they are shown to give you a general idea of how the product will look and are not 100% accurate. The size and placement of the designs on the final product may not match exactly as shown on the mock-up. This may cause the image to seem bigger, smaller, or aligned slightly differently on the product and are approximations of the final print. The cut and fit of the clothing may differ from what is shown in the mock-ups with models. Due to the settings of your monitor (such as brightness and contrast) and the digital printing technology, the colors you see in the final product may be slightly different from the mock-ups.
